Confidentiality & Creative Materials Acknowledgment

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that any scripts, sides, character descriptions, story materials, artwork, images, videos, concepts, production materials, or other creative content provided to me by SunSpark Studios LLC(“SunSpark Materials”) are confidential and/or proprietary materials.

All rights and ownership in SunSpark Materials remain with SunSpark Studios LLC and/or their respective rights holders. Receipt of these materials does not grant me any ownership rights or permission to use them outside of the applicable audition, casting, or production process.

I agree that I will not, without prior written authorization from SunSpark Studios LLC:

• Share, distribute, publish, upload, post, reproduce, or publicly disclose SunSpark Materials;

• Modify, edit, adapt, repurpose, or create derivative materials from SunSpark Materials;

• Use SunSpark Materials for personal, commercial, promotional, portfolio, social-media, or AI-related purposes; or

• Provide SunSpark Materials to any unauthorized third party.

  
  

These obligations apply to unreleased materials provided during the casting and audition process, regardless of whether I am ultimately selected for the project.

Participation Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that my participation in this production is voluntary and subject to approval by SunSpark Studios LLC. The Producer reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility, participation, and continued involvement at any time and for any reason deemed necessary.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I fully understand that film and media production activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, equipment hazards, environmental conditions, and travel.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the SunSpark Studios LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Producer.

Conduct

I agree to conduct myself professionally, respectfully, and safely at all times. I understand that harassment, discrimination, substance abuse, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in immediate dismissal and removal.
